— For almost 15 years, Tom Sobotor has worked with clients/athletes of all ages, to help them improve their overall fitness, strength, speed, power, mobility, agility and sport-specific endurance.
And last year he opened Sobotor Training Systems, 1136 Kings Highway on the Warwick -Chester, border.
On Friday, Nov. 17, members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined Tom and Sarah Sobotor, along with relatives, clients and friends to celebrate the first anniversary of Sobotor Training Systems.
"Our training programs," said Tom Sobotor, "focus on improving all aspects of fitness and athletic performance. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, sport-specific endurance or general fitness, Sobotor Training Systems has you covered."
Sobotor Training Systems caters to everyone who is serious about taking their fitness or sports performance to the next level. It offers programming for all ages and abilities that is focused on progressive development, utilizing what Sobotor refers to as customized group training.
"Our clients," he said, "benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment, while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate their performance and reach their goals. In other words, there are no cookie cutter programs here at Sobotor Training Systems. If you're looking to take the next step toward getting stronger, leaner, and more athletic, this is the gym for you."
