Santa Claus is coming to town Dec. 23

WARWICK — Santa Claus is coming to town on Saturday, Dec. 23.
Warwick’s Tim Stocken, also known as Santa Claus, will meet with children of all ages from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Akins Pharmacy, located at 33 Main St. in the Village of Warwick. This free event is sponsored by the Village of Warwick Sesquicentennial Committee.
Children can bring their letter to Santa and visit with the jolly old elf. There will be free giveaways, courtesy of the Greater Hudson Bank and the Warwick Valley Telephone Co.
The first 100 children also will receive a dollar gold coin, donated by George Arnott, a member of the Sesquicentennial Committee.
Sesquicentennial merchandise – one-of-a-kind gift items - will be available for purchase. Some of these items include T-shirts, the Sesquicentennial ornament, key chains, hats and more.
