Rotarians support Beautiful People project

Jan Brunkhorst, executive director of Beautiful People, accepts a $1,000 check from Warwick Valley Rotary Club President Dave Eaton. The mission of Warwick-based Beautiful People is to build bridges between children with disabilities and their families and the broader community of Orange County by providing adaptive sports for children and young adults, age 5 and up. The non-profit organization is currently building a safe-surface, rubberized turf ball field at the former Mid-Orange Correctional Facility in Warwick.
