John MacDonald, center, operations director for Trauma and Resiliency Resources, Inc., accepts a $500 Warwick Valley Rotary Club check to assist TRR’s Warrior Camp therapeutic treatment program for military veterans. A week-long Warrior Camp, which included sessions at Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center, was held recently in Warwick. The program focuses on combat veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress, depression and moral injury. Shown with McDonald are Laura Barca, Rotary’s recording secretary, and David Eaton, club president. The presentation was made during the local service club’s weekly meeting at the Landmark Inn.
