Renovating this old barn

WARWICK — Chris and Jessica Cardella are in the process of renovating their barn that sits along County Route 1 near Amity Road in Warwick.
Jessica believes the barn dates back to about 1876 and was once used to store hay and feed cows.
John Kohler of Amity Woodworks is replacing rotted wood on the interior and exterior of the barn, including a main support beam.
The barn and silos will get a fresh coat of paint when the carpentry work is done.
Two donkeys - Josie and her daughter Lena - currently use the barn for shelter when not grazing outside.
