Registration for summer rec programs is June 17 and 18

WARWICK — The 2013 Village of Warwick summer recreation programs will start the week of June 24 and will end on July 26.

The summer programs are available to children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old of all town and village residents of Warwick. Each child must be at least 5 years old and must have completed one year of kindergarten.

All programs will register on Monday, June 17, and on Tuesday, June 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the following sites:

Park program (football, cheer leading, lacrosse and basketball) will register at Stanley Deming Park.

Track program at the pavilion at the Warwick Valley High School track facility.

Tennis program at the Warwick Valley Middle School tennis courts.

Soccer program at the Warwick Valley Middle School parking lot.

All programs will cost $5 with the exception of the park program which will cost $10.

Please bring a copy of your child’s immunization form if registering for the park.

Due to repairs on the Warwick Valley High School Pool, there will not be any recreation swim lessons this summer.
