WARWICK — The booklet commemorating the Village of Warwick’s 150th anniversary will be available for purchase just in time for the holiday season.
The coffee table-style book gives a retrospect of the village’s year-long Sesquicentennial celebration and contains photos of events that took place throughout the entire year.
The unique booklet also features interesting stories about the people and places that make up the fabric of the Warwick community.
Many of Warwick’s wonderful civic organizations have been included in the book, such as the police and fire departments, Warwick Ambulance Corps and village employees to name a few.
The cost of the booklet is $14.95 and will be available on Saturday, Dec. 23, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. when Santa Claus visits Akins Pharmacy, located at 33 Main St. in Warwick.
The book, as well as other Sesquicentennial merchandise from ornaments to hats to T-shirts and mugs, will also be available for purchase at the following locations in Warwick:
• Frazzleberries, 24 Main St.;
• Newhards, 39 Main St.; Etched in Time, 58 Main St.;
• Ye Olde Warwick Book Shoppe, 31 Main St.; and
• Track 7 Postal Center, 3 Forester Ave.
