WARWICK — Park Avenue Elementary School students and staff held a salate to veterans on Wednesday.
Principal Johnna Maraia held the program to recognize the service of veterans to the country and to help the younger generation understand their service. Guest speakers included Town Supervisor Michael Sweeton, School Superintendent Ray Bryant and several children from the school.
