In preparation for this Easter Sunday, Holy Week began with Palm Sunday, which commemorates Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. During the Palm Sunday Masses celebrated at the Church of St. Stephen, the First Martyr, traditional palm leaves were distributed to everyone. From left, Philip Gargiulo, 10, his sister Mary Grace, 6, and Sabrina Loeffler, 6, were among many of the children who transformed their palms into crosses.
