WARWICK — Warwick Valley High School seniors are invited to Project Graduation's 2017 Senior All-Night Party at The Rock Sports Park in Chester on Saturday, June 24, after graduation..
The party includes bus transportation leaving the high school at 9:15 p.m. All attending are required to take the bus.
The Rock Sports Park is a ten-acre sports complex featuring FieldTurf playing surfaces with professional lighting, manicured grass fields and a 15,000-square-foot indoor fieldhouse.
Seniors will be treated to burgers, hot dogs, pizza, Subway sandwiches and other refreshments and breakfast along with activities including a hypnotist, photo booth, tug of war, henna tattoos, a DJ, karaoke, can jam, a ping pong tournament, dodgeball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, Wildcat Trivial Pursuit, water slide, home run derby, movie time outdoors, flashlight tag, crafts and other games.
The continental breakfast will close out the party at 5 a.m. the next day.
At the end of the event the students will be transported back to the high school where they can be picked up. It has become a tradition to honor graduates with an all night safe party as a gift from the parents and the community.
"It's the night of graduation," said Project Graduation Committee co-chair Kim Corkum, "and we are trying to keep our kids safe by giving them a safe, fun-alcohol free night with their friends. What we are still looking for are donations of gifts or gift certificates to raffle off that night."
Parents and volunteers are also needed to help make this a safe, fun, successful event.
Donations can be dropped off at Keller Williams Regal Homes, 1 Galloway Heights or mailed to Project Graduation, PO Box 1235, Warwick, NY 10990.
