Orange Regional Medical Center adds three members to board of trustees

— The Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation welcomes three new members to its board of trustees: Michael J. Flynn, J. Miguel Rodrigues and Catherine B. Suehnholz of Goshen.

Suehnholz is a retired nurse and a member of the Orange Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. She was a member of the Goshen Parent Teachers Association, Sullivan County Community College’s Scholarship Committee and Harvard University’s Parents Fund. She is also a therapy dog handler at Orange Regional.

Flynn is vice president of Commercial Banking at MandT Bank. He joined the Middle Market Commercial Lending Group in 2001, after four years in the bank’s Retail division, and currently manages a diverse portfolio of corporate relationships throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley Region. Flynn is responsible for all facets of banking relationships, including depository, lending and investment services. He currently serves on a number of boards and committees of Hudson Valley not-for-profits including Crystal Run Village, Inc., Leadership Orange, Council of Industry and the American Heart Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management/finance from the State University of New York at Oswego and a master’s degree in business administration from Mount Saint Mary College, in Newburgh.

Rodrigues is the director of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management for the Greater Hudson Valley Health System. He is a member of International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and is currently attending SUNY Empire College to gain his bachelor’s degree in emergency management. Rodrigues, who lives in Middletown with his wife and four children, has been a volunteer fireman in the City of Middletown for eight years and a past captain. He has spent many years as a public servant and is currently the common council president and a police commissioner of the City of Middletown. He served on the city council for over 10 years.
