PINE ISLAND — Last Sunday, Oct. 21, the boy scouts from Troop 38 planted 25 trees at the Pine Island Firehouse, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
It was a gorgeous day to plant trees. By planting these trees, the scouts not only helped the fire house but they also earned community service hours.
