Odyssey of the Mind Division Champs fundraising for world finals

WARWICK — Members of the former Odyssey of the Mind Sandfordville Elementary team (this year known as the Warwick UM team) took home a solid first place in the NY State competition in March.

Now they’re busy washing cars, holding garage sales and other events to raise enough money to travel to the May 23-26 World Finals in Iowa.

On Saturday, May 19, the group will hold a garage sale at 10 Linden Place.

Odyssey of the Mind is an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college.

Thousands of teams from throughout the U.S. and from about 25 other countries participate in the program.
