Orange County Land Trust’s volunteer wildlife educator Pam Golben will lead a one-mile round-trip hike to the woodland pools at Fuller Mountain Preserve where the search for salamanders will begin.
Conditions around the woodland pools will be wet and muddy, so participants are advised to wear hiking or muck boots.
This family-friendly hike is easy/moderate with some rocky, uphill terrain.
A donation of $5 per person or family is suggested.
The preserve is located at 70 Bowen Road in Warwick.
