Nan Gill to teach lawyers about real estate closings

Nan Gill-Wilson, branch manager of Sutton Land Title’s Orange County office in Goshen, will join with William J. Horan, Esq. and Peter J. Wagner, Esq. of Horan and Wagner, PC, Huntington, and moderator Kevin McMullen, Esq. of Northport, at the New York County Lawyer’s Association, 14 Vesey St., New York City on June 10, 2014 to present a three hour continuing legal education class entitled “So You Want to Learn How To Do A Real Estate Closing.” This class on title insurance and closing procedure covers a wide range of information essential for the attorney stepping into this area of his or her practice.

Gill-Wilson has taught title insurance for the New York State Land Title Association, the Rockland County Bar Association, Suffolk County Lawyers as well as the Multiple Listing Service of the Greater Hudson Valley.
