Music in the Courtyard now in its ninth season

WARWICK — Thanks to the contributions and efforts of the Village of Warwick Merchant Guild and Railroad Avenue businesses Music in the Courtyard will begin its ninth season this Sunday, June 2, with a performance from 4 to 6 p.m.

The first evening performance will be next Thursday, June 6.

Until Sept. 15, talented musicians will be performing every Thursday evening from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. and on Sunday afternoons from 4 to 6 p.m.

There will also be special programs from 1 to 6:30 p.m. for the Hudson Valley Jazz Fest on Thursday, Aug. 8, and Sunday, Aug. 11.

Music in the Courtyard, coordinated by George Laurence and Kevin Ege in cooperation with Grappa Ristorante co-owners Tony Sylaj and Nick Ahmetaj, is funded by merchant sponsors and private individuals.

Anyone wishing to participate or contribute can call Laurence at 239-2660.

Printed schedules are also available at the Eclectic Eye on Railroad Avenue.
