Monroe Hudson Valley Writing Project to be held at Museum Village July 8-12

The Hudson Valley Writing Project at SUNY New Paltz offers children and teens unique learning experiences at the region’s most important cultural and historic sites, nature preserves and college campuses.
This summer the writing project will be located at Museum Village, where students will be able to explore this unique open-air museum and learn about 19th century engineering and crafts — woodworking, candle making, blacksmithing, weaving - through hands-on activities and writing.
The project runs July 8-12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
The project is appropriate for ages 10-14.
The cost is $195 and tuition assistance is available,
