Milford. Spring into the saddle with GAIT’s Spring Therapeutic Riding Session
Registration is now open for GAIT Equine Assisted Services’s Spring Therapeutic Riding Session, which runs April 28–June 14, 2025.
This seven-week session includes 30-minute weekly riding lessons led by PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructors with the support of trained volunteers.
Therapeutic riding supports individuals with a variety of special needs, including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, trauma and anxiety. Participants gain core strength, balance, sensory integration, confidence and connection — while having fun with horses.
Spots are limited, and participants can register by calling 570-409-1140 or emailing info@gaittrc.org.
All new participants must complete a program application before their first lesson. Returning riders must renew forms annually. Forms are available on GAIT’s website.
GAIT is located at 314 Foster Hill Road, Milford, Pa.
