Love Grows Child Care hosts graduation

WARWICK — Love Grows Child Care celebrated First Steps Achievement at graduation ceremonies on Friday, June 22.
The facility has been providing in-home day care and after school care for children six weeks through 12 years for more than 13 years; it has staged college-style graduation ceremonies for its pre-school students for the last nine years.
“We are passionate about education and providing our children with the tools to be successful in life” said Cecelia Cenot, the owner and director of Love Grows Child Care. “Setting a standard of expectation is of paramount importance for our youths. They go into kindergarten with a sense of accomplishment and a desire to do more and be more.”
The celebration began with an opening prayer by Parker Walters, a former fulltime student and current after school student, and the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance by all the students.
The 2018 graduates – Ava Cadden, Azalea Kinney, Keilani Haag and Teagan Kelly - entertained the audience of family members and friends by singing and reciting poems.
Cenot presented each graduate with a plaque with their name and a description of each letter, a diploma, and a graduation ring. A family-style social followed.
