Local builder of Log Chips LLC receives award as top salesperson of year

WARWICK — Warwick resident and local builder Fred Krol of Log Chips LLC received a prestigious award for Top Salesperson of the Year 2017 from Timberhaven Log and Timber Homes of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, March 6.
Log Chips is the largest designer and builder of custom Log, Timberframe, Hybrid and conventional stick built homes in the Warwick area.
The award was presented at the Warwick showroom by the owners of Timberhaven Log and Timber Homes, Lynda Tompkins and Joe Folker.
Krol, owner of Log Chips LLC, Timber Solutions LLC and Catskill Modular Homes LLC, has been building custom homes in the Warwick area before and since he moved into his awarded-winning Log Home on Distillery Road.
Although Warwick is Deborah and Fred Krol's home, his companies build throughout the Hudson Valley, the Catskills and northern New Jersey.
Clients come from the entire tri-state area with emphasis on Long Island, Manhattan and northern New Jersey where a constant demand for client second homes has kept the businesses in the forefront for over 20 years.
The office and models, including the Krol's custom log home, are open seven days a week by appointment.
