Local Black History web exhibit available
WARWICK — The Albert Wisner Public Library has prepared a special exhibit of resources on local black history which can be viewed in the library's digital collection.
The items in the collection include a short visual exhibit, links to the award-winning documentary "Where Slavery Died Hard" now available for streaming, and primary sources such as the recollections of a local Underground Railroad "conductor" and documents of the African enslaved in Warwick.
