Library hosts LEGO holiday display

| 11 Dec 2012 | 03:21

FLORIDA — Everyone is invited to visit the Florida Public Library on Sunday, Dec. 16, anytime between 1 and 4 p.m., to view the holiday display of trains and villages built with LEGO®bricks.

Florida resident and library volunteer Brian McLeod has built each train and car and village piece entirely of LEGO® bricks. The trains are motorized and the village is decorated to create an impressive display the size of the children’s room at the library.

This is the fourth year that McLeod has put together and presented the display. He’ll also be happy to chat and give advice about creating your own holiday displays.

Special holiday cookies also will be available.

The Florida Public Library is located at 4 Cohen Circle behind Village Hall in Florida.

Visit www.floridapubliclibrary.org or call 845-651-7659 for information about this and other events at the library.
