— Established in 1978, Leo Kaytes Ford has always been proud of its community involvement.

To mark the dealership’s 35th anniversary, the staff dedicated the month of May with 36 acts of kinds. The men and women who work at Leo Kaytes Ford spent the month collecting donations for the Food Pantry, Warwick Humane Society and BackPack Snack Attack.

The dealership also gave its customers a 35-cent oil change, a 35-cent tire rotation or a free car wash with just a donation to a great cause.

At the beginning of May, the staff provided Mount Alverno flowers for its outdoor garden.

They took time out to help bag groceries at ShopRite, walked dogs for the Warwick Humane Society and provided flowers and cookies for the Meals on Wheels program and water at high school sporting events. They also participated in a community blood drive and a clothing drive. They also gave away 35 Mother’s Day plants to some of their younger patrons.

‘This great community’
“I began this business 35 years ago and Leo R. Kaytes and myself felt it important to thank all our customers who have supported us over the years,” Leo Kaytes Sr. said in the dealership’s press release announcing the conclusion of the anniversary celebration.

His son, company president Leo R. Kaytes, added: “It has been a busy and a great month and we wanted to give back to the community that has supported us. My family and I have been fortunate living in this great community. My staff and myself felt it was important for us to help others. Warwick is a great town and we look forward to being here another 35 years.”
