WARWICK — There are still a few craft vendor spaces available for Warwick Applefest 2017, to be held on Sunday, Oct. 1.
This year marks the 29th anniversary of Warwick Applefest, an annual fund raiser sponsored by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce. Applications are juried and booths will be assigned until all categories and spaces are full.
Over the past 29 years, Applefest has grown in many ways, and now attracts some 30,000 visitors each year.
For several years, it has been voted by fans as “Best Food Event” and “Best Family & Arts Festival” in the Times Herald-Record and has been included in the “Top 100 Events in the Nation” by the American Bus Association.
In addition to hundreds of craft and food vendors, children’s activities and free music performances on several stages, more than 50 area not-for-profit organizations rely on Applefest as their most important fund raiser of the year.
Craft vendor applications and complete guidelines may be downloaded on the vendor web page at www.warwickapplefest.com, or send a self-addressed, stamped long envelope to: Applefest, P.O. Box 22, Warwick, NY 10990.
