A ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. to officially kick off the market season.
Family-friendly specialty programs will be offered at the Market opening day as well as throughout the season.
On May 12, the trio Wee Doggies takes the stage, performing acoustic bluegrass music.
Amy Sweetman of AGRISCULPTURE will be hosting a monthly Youth Program, offering free activities for children. On the 12th, kids are invited to “Make an Apron for Mom,” creating family fun while celebrating Mothers’ Day.
The Warwick Valley Farmers’ Market is proud to serve the Warwick Valley and its surrounding area, providing the community the opportunity to truly “know the hand that feeds you." The market, which runs every Sunday from May 12 through Nov. 24, features farmers and vendors offering a wide variety of farm-fresh produce, meats, prepared foods, jams, jellies, baked goods and pastries, flowers, plants, honey, maple syrup, wine and soaps.
