Kate's Home Staging and Redesign celebrates five years in business

WARWICK — Local officials and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined owner Kate Case and her friends and business associates for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 26 to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Kate's Home Staging and Redesign.

"It's actually closer to five and a half years that we have been helping client's decorate their homes, " said Case. "Since buying my first home in 2004, and having to completely renovate it down to the wooden beams, it became very clear to me of just how important home décor updates on a budget can be."

Kate's Home Staging and Redesign, a member of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, offers design services including kitchen and bathroom updates, small commercial space planning, paint color consultations, furniture layouts, real estate staging, furniture and accessory selections and interior decorating.

Case is the lead designer at Kate's Home Staging and Redesign. She is also a featured designer on Project Décor, an HSR (Home Staging Resource) Certified Home Stager and Redesigner and an ADE (Association of Design Education) Certified Design Professional.

Case is an active member of the New York and New Jersey Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), a professional trade organization for home stagers. All members are required to follow a code of ethics when dealing with clients.

"We work within all budgets and aim to exceed our client's expectations," said Case. "Remember, a home staging consultation is much less than your home's first price reduction."
