Jane Held Scholarship winner

The Jane Held Memorial Scholarship, created in honor of a parishioner who lost her battle with cancer in 2005, was awarded this year to St. Stephen-St. Edward School eighth grader Jennifer Prial, the daughter of Gregory and Anne Prial of Warwick. Each year a student is chosen for his or her respect for life, kindness and volunteerism. The presentation was held during Catholic Schools Week at a potluck dinner on Jan. 30.
