It’s the law whenever the weather is cold

Unless your dog has a 24-hour doorman and his own room like Rocket, a former resident of the Warwick Animal Shelter, it is illegal to leave him or her outside in wintertime without appropriate shelter. And that means a dry insulated dog house, off the ground and large enough for the animal to easily turn around.
