Ineka Menken-Pirovitz joins Green Team Home Selling System

WARWICK — Realtor® Ineka Menken-Pirovitz recently joined the Green Team Home Selling System, a full-service real estate brokerage at 7 Main St. in the Village of Warwick.

Menken-Pirovitz has broad and extensive real estate experience in brokerage and property management, specializing in residential leasing. She also has a Bachelor of arts degree in English as a Second Language education and is licensed to teach that subject in New York.

As a property manager in New York City, knowledgeable in rent stabilization laws and filings, she was responsible for all facets of property management including but not limited to: tenant relations, collections, court appearances and communication with vendors.

From 2005 to 2009 Menken-Pirovitz owned and operated ICAM Realty Corp., a residential leasing office servicing landlords in New York City. During that time she developed a track record in supporting landlords with vacancies by implementing aggressive marketing strategies and efficient application procedures.

Although Menken-Pirovitz and her husband, Scott, spent the last 15 years residing in or near New York City, they both grew up in Warwick.

We also share an appreciation for old homes and barn architecture. And I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge of the area, to help people with the selling or purchasing of residential and commercial properties.”
