ID Fitness celebrates first anniversary with ribbon cutting ceremony

WARWICK On Friday, April 13, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined Warwick resident Tarin Hackbarth to celebrate the first anniversary of ID Fitness. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held outside the Chambers Caboose office on South Street.
Last year, Tarin and Sean Hackbarth founded ID Fitness to offer personal training for everyone from children to seniors. The ID stands for Inner Determination.
Tarin Hackbarth is a full-time high school teacher in Goshen. She has also been involved in fitness training for the past seven years.
Her husband, Sean, is a full time teacher and the head varsity boys soccer coach in the Westwood, N.J., Middle School.
My mission, she said, is to develop individualized strength, fitness and conditioning programs for people of all shapes and sizes. Im dedicated to providing my clients with current and pertinent fitness training to surpass their goals.
Hackbarth, who is certified in Kettlebells resistance weight lifting and also in Yoga, explained that her style of training includes a variety of techniques including strength training, endurance, flexibility, and speed.
Since we use multiple training methods, said Hackbarth, this means ID Fitness goes above and beyond the standard gym membership experience. The programs created are well-rounded workouts that will give you the body and lifestyle you want. We go above and beyond the standard gym membership.
ID Fitness also offers team training.
Conditioning programs are offered at Hackbarths home studio or at your home.
