The Warwick Valley Humane Society will host a costume parade for pets on Sunday, Oct. 29, from noon to 2 p.m. There also will be a costume and best trick contests.
WARWICK — The third annual "Howl-o-ween on the Village Green," a costume contest and parade for dogs, will be held from noon to 2 p.m. this Sunday, Oct. 29, on Railroad Avenue in downtown Warwick.
The fund raiser includes a scavenger hunt for the dogs, dunking for bones, best costume and best trick contests with prizes, a costume parade on Main Street, cookies, cider, DJ music and lots of laughs.
The donation is $20 per dog participant and all proceeds benefit the Society's homeless pets. Humans can also dress up.
