Homework help available at the library

Mackenzie Martin and Caitlin Loyka help brothers Gavin and Griffen Zimmerli with their homework assignments as part of the "Homework Buddies" program at Albert Wisner Public Library.
WARWICK — The Albert Wisner Public Library is offering an after-school resource room program for homework help.
“Homework Buddies” are Warwick Valley High School student who are available to reinforce, explain or just check a student’s homework. These high school students volunteer their time as part of their community service commitment.
They are at the Library Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. for children in grades 1-5.
The staff of the children’s room is also available to help locate materials for school assignments. Call or stop in for further information at 845 986-1047 ext. 4.
