WARWICK — It was a good day for Warwick.
The weather was picture-perfect for the Warwick Valley High School’s annual Homecoming Day parade on Saturday, Oct. 13.
Everyone agreed that the students produced a great parade with their creative floats, each with a “Decades’ theme such as the 40s, the 50s and so forth.
Local and school officials served as judges and voted the senior class as first-place winner with its 1940s-era theme.
The winners in order were senior, junior, sophomore and freshmen classes.
That same afternoon, the Warwick Valley Wildcats enjoyed a victory over Valley Central, 37-7.
Homecoming faculty advisors this year were Jeanine Fogler and James O’Brien.
