GWL Middle School Chorus celebrate 'Music in the Schools' in Albany

ALBANY — The Greenwood Lake Middle School Chorus, comprised of students in sixth through eighth grades, participated in the "Music in the Schools" celebration held March 25 in Albany.
“What a great performance by the Greenwood Lake Middle School chorus here in Albany,” state Sen. John J. Bonacic said in his press release recognizing the students' efforts. “The students did a spectacular job and I enjoyed meeting with them and discussing their visit to Albany.”
The concert was one of many in Albany, arranged by the New York State School Music Association and the National Association for Music Education to celebrate the 42nd annual “Music in the Schools” month.
