Greenwood Lake Barber Shop celebrates anniversary with a bargain

GREENWOOD LAKE, N.Y. — This coming Wednesday, June 11, Irderson Suarez and his wife, Lidia, will celebrate the second anniversary of the Greenwood Lake Barber Shop, located at 88 Windermere Ave. in the Village of Greenwood Lake.

Refreshments will be served and the price of all haircuts will be discounted to $10 for patrons who bring in a copy of the ad he placed in the Warwick Advertiser or the West Milford Messenger.

Suarez has been a barber for over 25 years and before opening his own shop, he was a barber at Village Barber Shop in Florida, N.Y.

Greenwood Lake Barber Shop offers both men and women's haircuts, specialty cuts and hair design, among other services.

"I love being in Greenwood Lake," he said. "It's beautiful here."
