Members of the Greenwood Lake Fire Department, Ambulance Corps, Police, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Ladies Auxiliary and residents of this close-knit community gathered at the fire house to mark the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorists attack against the United States last Saturday. The late state Sen. Thomas P. Morahan arranged for the village to receive an I-beam from the Trade Towers. It has been the focal point of the community ever since. Photo by Ed Bailey.
