Green Team Home Selling System fund-raising to fight mental illness

WARWICK — Team up for hope.
That's the message Geoff Green, founder of the Green Team Home Selling System, has sent to all his agents and brokers in both Warwick and Vernon, N.J.
The Green Team has a long history of supporting charitable organizations and this year it's taking on a special challenge to help shine the light on mental illness by supporting the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
Both the Green Team's Warwick and Vernon offices will be working to raise funds for NAMI affiliates in Orange and Sussex counties.
In addition, they will also be raising awareness of the services NAMI offers to members of these communities.
From now until Oct. 31, Green Team agents will be asking business associates to join the team. They will also be sharing the Facebook Fund-raisers that have been established for each affiliate organization. Donations in any amount can be made by credit card on Facebook, and every donation will help these all-volunteer organizations provide needed services to families throughout the counties.
According to NAMI National, one in five adults in the United States experiences some form of mental illness and one in 25 live with a serious mental illness.
