A percentage of the proceeds from the Warwick Merchants’ “Ladies Night Out” celebration on Aug. 23 was earmarked for Safe Homes of Orange County, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to eliminate all forms of domestic violence through education, outreach and providing services to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse. On Sept. 11, Tim Mullally, chairman of Ladies Night Out, presented a $1,000 check from the Merchants Guild to Kellyann Kostyal-Larrier, executive director of Safe Homes of Orange County. Mullally also handed over additional private donations to Safe Homes of Orange County from the law office of Jacob Tuckfelt, Newhard’s, Inc. and Jenna Field.
