Irish heritage was celebrated with corn beef and cabbage and with an Irish band on Saturday, March 3, at the Greenwood Lake Gaelic Culture Society's annual dinner for Celt of the Year at the Greenwood Lake American Legion. Jessica and John Riedmueller were named the Celts of the Year. The couple received a certificate of appreciation from Mayor Jesse Dwyer. Jessica's parents, Bob and Ellen Mahoney, are paste Celts of the Year. "That luck may rise with you."
