WARWICK — When was the last time you walked into your local library?
In recent years, libraries have changed into dynamic centers for engagement to accommodate the growing needs of their local communities.
Albert Wisner Public Library invites the Warwick community to experience the library in a whole new way. On Saturday, Sept. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the library will be on the Railroad Green in the Village of Warwick with Pop-Up Library Activities for all ages.
Join Library Staff and Ron Gee for a library craft, learning activities and Tai Chi - just some of programs and experiences your Library offers on a daily basis to the community.
Library staff will be available to answers your questions about library programs and services, with applications for those who don’t have a card.
This Pop-Up event is a part of Outside the Lines, a global initiative designed to reintroduce libraries to their local communities and to get people thinking – and talking – about libraries in a whole new way.
