Fund raiser at Warwick Drive-In nets $580 for education foundation

WARWICK — The Warwick Foundation for Excellence in Learning (WFEL) hosted its fourth annual fund raiser at the Warwick Drive–In on Friday night, Sept. 28th.
In all, nearly 100 tickets were sold and $580 was raised for the Education Foundation.
“It was a beautiful night to see a movie at the drive–in," said Vanessa Holland, the WFEL chair. "On behalf of the WFEL Board of Directors, I want to thank Beth and Ernest Wilson, the owners of the drive-in , for their generosity and continued support.
“I also want to thank our community for coming and building memories with us," Holland added. "We absolutely love this back-to-school tradition.”
WFEL is a 501 (c)3 not-for-profit organization established exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. WFEL is committed to raising funds for the students and teachers of the Warwick Valley School District.
