Forever Jewelers announces winner raffle held to support Miles of Hope

WARWICK — October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it occurred to the owners and managers at Forever Jewelers, 36 Main St. in the Village of Warwick, that it would be an opportunity to conduct a raffle to help support the Orange County chapter of the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation.
The foundation was established in 2004 to fund support services for people affected by breast cancer in the Hudson Valley.
Forever Jewelers Manager Catherine Adelhoch contacted the sales representative of Movado luxury watches and the company donated a lady's and men's watch, each having a retail value of $595.
Raffle tickets for a grand prize of both watches were then sold for $5 each and the lucky winner was Anna Javier of Middletown.
Proceeds from the event were more than $700, all of which was given to Miles of Hope.
