Florida School District announces kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration opportunities

FLORIDA — The Florida School District announces that kindergarten registration for the 2019-2020 school year will take place at Golden Hill Elementary School on Wednesday, March 13, Thursday, March 14, and Friday, March 15.
To be eligible for admission, a child must reach the age of five on or prior to the first day of December 2019, have the necessary immunizations signed by a doctor, original birth certificate and proof of residency.

Pre-kindergarten The Florida School District offers a pre-kindergarten program for children who are four-years-old by Dec. 1 of the year they participate.
The pre-kindergarten program provides young children an opportunity to participate in challenging, stimulating activities, designed to support their language, cognitive and social development, while remaining sensitive to their strengths and needs.
