Flag Day

On Flag Day last Thursday, June 14, members of VFW Post 4662 in Warwick met with fourth-grade students at Park Avenue Elementary School to discuss the care and proper handling of the Stars and Bars. From left to right, VFW member Mike Aiello helps Amanda Miller and Aiden Rosen, VFW member Jack McDonald assists Matthew Percival and Brendan Gallagher and VFW commander Buddy Cooke lends a hand to Amelia Connolly and Abigail Bailey as they prepare to fold the flag for safe-keeping and presentation.
