Fashion on display at Warwick Grove

WARWICK — The annual celebration of Winter Blues was postponed for this year but Tim Mullally and Bob Maxwell, proprietors of Style Council and Blue on Main Street in downtown Warwick, decided to join the management and residents of Warwick Grove to put together an event to help everyone shake the “winter blues.”
On Sunday, March 10, the public was invited to take part in a fun afternoon and learn, from Mullally as emcee and the models, all Warwick Grove residents, what’s in for spring fashion.
Warwick Grove residents walked the “runway” in the latest fashions from Style Council and Blue accompanied by the music of Marilyn Conklin at the piano.
Guests were treated to complimentary refreshments while they enjoyed the show and planned their spring wardrobes.
Activities Director Patricia Starick organized Sunday’s event.
During the day Warwick Grove also hosted an open house highlighting the firm’s “House of the Month,”the Bellvale Model Home.
“The Bellvale,” said director of sales Carole E. Rogers, “is a two-bedroom home with 2-1/2 baths featuring a extremely comfortable open floor plan. It’s great for entertaining in a generously sized garden. Yet when you need a private moment, there’s no place like your second floor den, tucked away in a private corner. Your guests will easily feel at home, since they too can steal away quiet time in their own second floor suite.”
Warwick Grove is a traditional neighborhood home development for active adults just off McFarland Drive and within walking distance of the Village of Warwick.
