Farmers' market is open this Sunday and next

WARWICK — Thanksgiving is right around the corner. The Warwick Valley Farmers’ Market is open on a regular market schedule on Nov. 17 and 24. Twenty-seven vendors selling beef, pork, chicken, bison, ostrich, cheese, pickles, olives, artisan breads and baked goods, jams, jellies, honey, maple syrup, fruits, produce, greens, eggs, mushrooms, as well as prepared soups, salads and entrees and wine will be there to help customers get ready for the Thanksgiving holiday. You can even pair your menu with award-winning wine at the Market.
Even on Nov. 10, vendors still had fresh tomatoes, along with late season pumpkins, squash, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and more. The artisan bakeries have pies, tortes, breads, pretzels, homemade soup (both to take home or to eat while you shop), salads, hummus and relishes to complement your menu.
The Warwick Valley Farmers Market is located in the South St. Parking Lot (one block east of Main St.) in the Village of Warwick, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
