WARWICK — Adult children facing challenges such as Aspergers Syndrome, post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, to name a few, need the help of the community. The SAIL Foundation, facilitating Strategic Access to Independent Living for high functioning members of the special needs community, is hosting an empowerment group on Sunday, June 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Warwick Reformed Church, 16 Maple Ave., across the street from St. Anthony Community Hospital.
The group, led by SAIL board member Gregory DiSalvio, empowers those who have experienced difficulties to achieve fuller and more contributing lives.
    Parents are invited to attend.
After an initial meet and greet with light refreshments, DiSalvio will lead participants in discussion. Parents will meet in a separate support group.
This is a great opportunity to network and discover resources to help marginalized community members with their unique needs. Join us for the topic: "What's YOUR next step?" RSVP to Kristin at 845-988-6747.
