Eight young pianists perform

WARWICK — Eight young pianists from Vernon, N.J., and Warwick performed in a recital on May 17 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Warwick.
Each student prepared a program which was from four to six pieces in length, and included contemporary music, as well as music from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic repertoire.
The students in the recital study with Margaret Korczynski. Margaret and Edward Korczynski of the Sussex County Music Workshop teach out of their studios in Vernon, N.J., and Warwick.
They are now accepting new students.
The students are working toward presenting full individual recitals in the future as well as preparing for participation in the forthcoming National Guild of Musicians evaluations held in Sparta, N.J.
