Crystal Run Healthcare extends 2019 series of smoking cessation classes

MIDDLETOWN — Crystal Run Healthcare has extended its 2019 series of Smoking Cessation Classes in Orange County, with a new module starting in May which will be held at the practice’s Newburgh facility located at 1200 Route 300.
Classes are held in seven-week modules and are offered free to the community.
Each class provides smokers information on the physical addiction of nicotine, the effects on the body, and methods of quitting, in addition to guidance on how to deal with stress and cravings, diet and exercise and whole lifestyle changes to become smoke-free.
Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to class.
Upcoming Newburgh Classes will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
