Creative Kids pre-schoolers, parents donate supplies for animal shelter

WARWICK — During May, preschoolers from Creative Kids Preschool, 70 Foley Road, and their parents collected supplies for the Warwick Valley Humane Society’s animal shelter.
The supplies were then donated on behalf of Creative Kids Preschool and “Gordon,” a Staffordshire Terrier and alumni of the Humane Society adopted by the school’s owner Suzanne LoPresti.
In a letter addressed to “Gordon” and everyone at Creative Kids, The Warwick Valley Humane Society’s Corresponding Secretary Lee Peterson wrote, “Just a little note to thank you all for taking the time to collect shelter supplies for the animals. Your gifts are much appreciated and will help with the care and comfort of the homeless shelter pets while they await adoption. Thanks for helping us in your thoughts and in your hearts. Hugs and kisses to our favorite shelter graduate Gordon.”
